Prescription medication or medically necessary food items


Prescription medication is allowed if you present your prescription, medication, and a photo ID at the security check point. If you have dietary restrictions that require a special snack or beverages to be brought into the show, you may do so with a doctor's note presented at the security check point. Food vendors will offer gluten free and vegetarian options. List of Food Trucks can be found here.

What is the event schedule?


The gates open at 5:30 pm. Shuttles will begin running at 5:00 pm from the location you designated when purchasing your tickets. Event Schedule: 5:30 - 7:30 PM Craft beer and wine tasting 7:30 - 10:30 PM Concert




What is the Shuttle Schedule? Can I leave before the event is over?


Shuttle Schedule will be posted on the website and emailed to you before the event.




What is included with my ticket?


General admission includes admission to the Craft Beer and Wine Tasting, Concert, and Shuttle Service. General admission seating is first come, first serve. Chairs and blankets are allowed. VIP Includes General Admission access plus access to exclusive VIP amenities:
*VIP Tasting Experience inside Sandy Creek Barn with exclusive wine offerings *VIP Hospitality Suite at the concert with complimentary food offerings, dedicated cash bar, and comfortable seating. *Reserved Seating during the concert with chair provided.




Age Restrictions


Patrons must be 21 and over to attend Rhythm & Brews.




Can I drive my own car or be dropped off?


There are several transportation and parking options. You may select your preference when purchasing tickets. Arrange your own transportation You may arrange your own transportation to Rhythm & Brews. Your driver will take you to the designated drop off where you will be shuttled to the festival entrance. Limited Onsite Parking: $100/car Onsite parking for a limited number of cars is available. ADA Parking ADA Parking is available for patrons with a Disabled Persons Parking Permit. You must present your permit at the venue for access to ADA Parking. What food options are available?


Food Trucks will be onsite to purchase food. Food trucks will accept cash and credit. Click here for a list of participating food trucks.




ADA


The venue is accessible and there will be special viewing areas for those with mobility limitations. The festival is held outdoors. There will be natural terrain to travel over and if it rains it could become muddy. Accessible restrooms will be available. ADA parking is available for those with a disabled persons parking permit. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance to the ADA title II and III Law are permitted. No emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals are allowed. Can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP ticket?


Yes, as long as VIP tickets are still available, you can upgrade to a VIP ticket by contacting us at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000.




When will I receive my ticket/wristband and/or parking pass?


Wristbands and parking passes are currently being mailed out. If you have questions about receiving your order, shipping address, etc., please contact us at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000.




Can I buy tickets at the Festival?


This will be strictly dependent on availability and if we do not sell out beforehand.




Can I change my shuttle location?


Yes, you can change your shuttle location up until the week before Rhythm & Brews. Please contact us no later than October 19th at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000.




Code of Conduct


Rhythm & Brews Festival is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and fun experience for every one of our patrons. These actions can get you removed from Rhythm & Brews: Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol. Accessing restricted areas without proper credentials. Taunting, abusive or offensive language. Obscene or offensive gestures, including the use of obscene or offensive gestures through imagery or symbolism including banners, signs and other means of visual propaganda. Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs. Public urination or defecation (outside of a proper and/or public restroom). Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone. Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property. Fraudulently claiming a disability or abusing ADA services. Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the festival grounds and have their Festival Wristband and parking privileges revoked, without refund. Law enforcement may be notified.

Rhythm & Brews prohibits weapons of all kinds including: Guns, Ammo, Pocket Knives, Tasers, Pepper Spray/Mace, etc. NO PERMITTED CONCEALED WEAPONS of ANY KIND.




Security Screening Policy


All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entering the festival grounds. Security staff will wand all guests and check all bags at security checkpoints. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the security screening will be denied entrance.




First Aid and Emergencies


In the event of an emergency, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Emergency First Responders will be on hand to assist any guests needing medical attention.




Smoking


Rhythm & Brews is a smoke free event. This includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers




Refunds


No refunds or exchanges allowed.




I lost my wristband and/or parking pass. What should I do?


Wristbands are required for entrance to the event. Wristbands will be checked before you board the shuttle and/or before you enter the event. If you lost your wristband, please contact us at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000. If you arrive at the shuttle location or festival without a wristband, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase with ID to receive a replacement wristband. Parking passes are required to park onsite. If you lost your parking pass, please contact us at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000. If you arrive at the event without a parking pass, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase with ID to receive a repladement parking pass. Onsite parking is limited and must be purchsed before the event.




Onsite Parking


Limited onsite parking is available for $100/car. Parking passes are required to park onsite. If you lost your parking pass, please contact us at info@opas.org or 706-467-6000. If you arrive at the event without a parking pass, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase to receive a replacement parking pass. What about the Weather?


Rhythm & Brews is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine, except in the case that the festival may be delayed and/or canceled and the festival grounds may be evacuated if inclement or severe weather poses a threat to patron and staff safety. We encourage patrons to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly (e.g. in the event of rain we advise ponchos and rain boots). No refunds or exchanges will be given as a result of weather conditions: and no refunds or exchanges will be given for inclement or severe weather that necessitates an evacuation, delay or cancellation in part or whole of the event.
