Prescription medication or medically necessary food items
Prescription medication is allowed if you present your prescription, medication, and a photo ID at the security check point. If you have dietary restrictions that require a special snack or beverages to be brought into the show, you may do so with a doctor's note presented at the security check point. Food vendors will offer gluten free and vegetarian options. List of Food Trucks can be found here.

What is the event schedule?
The gates open at 5:30 pm. Shuttles will begin running at 5:00 pm from the location you designated when purchasing your tickets.
What is the Shuttle Schedule? Can I leave before the event is over?
Shuttle Schedule will be posted on the website and emailed to you before the event.
What is included with my ticket?
General admission includes admission to the Craft Beer and Wine Tasting, Concert, and Shuttle Service. General admission seating is first come, first serve. Chairs and blankets are allowed.

Patrons must be 21 and over to attend Rhythm & Brews.
Can I drive my own car or be dropped off?
What food options are available?
Food Trucks will be onsite to purchase food. Food trucks will accept cash and credit. Click here for a list of participating food trucks.
Can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP ticket?
Yes, as long as VIP tickets are still available, you can upgrade to a VIP ticket by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 706-467-6000.
When will I receive my ticket/wristband and/or parking pass?
Wristbands and parking passes are currently being mailed out.
Can I buy tickets at the Festival?
This will be strictly dependent on availability and if we do not sell out beforehand.
Can I change my shuttle location?
Yes, you can change your shuttle location up until the week before Rhythm & Brews. Please contact us no later than October 19th at email@example.com or 706-467-6000.

Rhythm & Brews prohibits weapons of all kinds including: Guns, Ammo, Pocket Knives, Tasers, Pepper Spray/Mace, etc. NO PERMITTED CONCEALED WEAPONS of ANY KIND.
Security Screening Policy
All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entering the festival grounds. Security staff will wand all guests and check all bags at security checkpoints. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the security screening will be denied entrance.
First Aid and Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Emergency First Responders will be on hand to assist any guests needing medical attention.
Rhythm & Brews is a smoke free event. This includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers
No refunds or exchanges allowed.
I lost my wristband and/or parking pass. What should I do?
Wristbands are required for entrance to the event. Wristbands will be checked before you board the shuttle and/or before you enter the event. If you lost your wristband, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 706-467-6000. If you arrive at the shuttle location or festival without a wristband, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase with ID to receive a replacement wristband.
Limited onsite parking is available for $100/car. Parking passes are required to park onsite. If you lost your parking pass, please contact us at email@example.com or 706-467-6000. If you arrive at the event without a parking pass, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase to receive a replacement parking pass. Onsite parking is limited and must be purchsed before the event.
What about the Weather?
Rhythm & Brews is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine, except in the case that the festival may be delayed and/or canceled and the festival grounds may be evacuated if inclement or severe weather poses a threat to patron and staff safety. We encourage patrons to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly (e.g. in the event of rain we advise ponchos and rain boots). No refunds or exchanges will be given as a result of weather conditions: and no refunds or exchanges will be given for inclement or severe weather that necessitates an evacuation, delay or cancellation in part or whole of the event.
