With over 850 in attendance, the Village Meadow was sea of
Parrotheads enjoying an evening of Caribbean fun with family and
friends while dancing into the night to the cool sounds of A1A, The Official and Original Jimmy
Buffett Tribute Show. Since 1992 A1A has been internationally recognized as the Official and
Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show and the only band sanctioned by Jimmy Buffett himself.
Fans arrived early and set up their tables and chairs, claiming their
spot on the lawn. The cabaret area was filled to capacity with
groups enjoying a light meal before the show began. Under the
Miller-Brown/OPAS Orchestra Shell, A1A kicked off the evening with
a Parrothead favorite, Fins, and it was not long before the dance floor started to fill in which is
how it remained until the last song was played.
As always, A1A brought to life a highly energetic, colorful, family friendly concert experience that
brings in the fresh ocean breezes of tropical flavor that is akin to being at Jimmy’s show.
